WEDDING FAQ

PA Sales Tax is additional on products and services and is not included in the pricing.

Prices are subject to change year to year without notice.

Custom Coverage for smaller weddings (1-5 hours) is available.

A $350 Non-Refundable Deposit/Retainer is required to secure your wedding date and is due at the time the contract is signed. We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards.

I am available for consultations before and after your wedding to discuss photography, wedding day itinerary, and albums.

I attend the wedding rehearsal, to scout locations, and meet your family and bridal party.

Wedding coverage time is counted from start time to finish, with an exception to the rehearsal and dinner hour which we do not count as part of the hours of coverage.

Provisions to feed the photographer(s) are requested, and we should be notified if none will be provided. We appreciate being seated with or near your guests, so we can be aware of your reception activities.

Following the wedding, we spend on average 24-36 hours of professional editing, digital enhancing and color correcting on your images using Lightroom and Photoshop.

With your permission, we will provide 5-10 preview images for you to share on Facebook with-in1 week of the wedding.

Your Online Gallery and USB will be ready about 6-8 weeks following the wedding.

The Online Gallery is a private, password protected site for you to share with friends & family.

The gallery will be online for 3 months and can be used for viewing and ordering from our full line of prints, albums and wall art.

We do not give RAW files for any reason. All images on your USB drive are fully edited and high-quality JPEG files.

Additional fees may be added to cover fuel costs for extensive travel. (More than 2.5 hours total travel time).

Willow Springs Photography uses professional grade equipment and trained staff. We also carry back-up equipment.

Yes – we do have Business Liability Insurance! However, we are not responsible for weather, acts of god, equipment failure or human error. Total assigned liability of Willow Springs Photography is the refund of deposits/retainers, and /or monies paid.
